Welcome to Casa Loïs — a spacious, child-friendly four-person apartment a short walk from Torrevieja's lively seafront. Here is everything for a comfortable stay, plus our favourite tips for the area.
We stay here ourselves with our two daughters, so the apartment is set up for families and includes a high chair and a travel cot.
Air conditioning (cools and heats) — set it to the desired temperature on the thermostat in the hallway, and always switch it off when you're out.
Underfloor heating — adjustable per bathroom on the thermostat; switch both off on departure.
Fully equipped: oven, microwave, air fryer, hob, dishwasher (use suitable tablets), washing machine (suitable detergent), fridge/freezer, a coffee machine and all utensils.
The TV offers free worldwide live TV, international channels, films and series via Tivi One, Ibo Player and Xiaomi TV. Please reset the TV and app language to English before check-out. Streaming services can be used with your own account.
Free high-speed WiFi throughout — the network name and password are provided in the apartment.
Check-in from 15:00, check-out before 10:00, in person. You receive keys for the front door, hallway door and parking garage — please return them all on departure (a missing set costs up to €80). Different times are possible on request, for a surcharge.
Beach and boulevard: 5 min walk. Bus stop: 2 min. Bus station (for Alicante & the airport) and taxi rank: 10 min. Supermarkets Mercadona, Consum and Lidl are nearby, with a pharmacy and bakery around the corner.
Laguna Rosa — Torrevieja's famous pink salt lake, a spectacular sight, great for photography and spotting flamingos.
La Mata & Torrevieja Natural Park — a protected park of around 3,700 ha with salt lakes and a rich ecosystem; walk or cycle the marked paths between the lagoons among flamingos and many other birds.
Guardamar del Segura (dunes & beaches), Elche (UNESCO palm grove), Alicante (Santa Bárbara castle, Explanada), Orihuela (historic centre) and Santa Pola (harbour, fish restaurants, flamingo salt lakes). A bit further (45–60 min): Murcia, Cartagena (Roman ruins) and colourful Villajoyosa.
Wine & Nature Tour in La Mata, Bodegas Faelo (Elche/Alicante) and the Ruta del Vino de Alicante for tastings and tours.
Golf: Las Colinas Golf (top-100 in Europe, ~30 min) and La Finca Golf (~20 min), plus Villamartín, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and more — day passes (green fees) available without membership.
