House Rules

Arrival & departure

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out before 10:00 (different times possible on request, for a surcharge)
• Check-out is done together in person, when the keys are handed back
• Return all keys (front door, hallway door, parking garage) — losing them can cost up to €80

During your stay

• Maximum 4 guests
• No smoking indoors
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours 22:00–08:00 — respect the neighbours and the property
• Switch off the air conditioning and (underfloor) heating when you are out
• Use water and electricity consciously
• Report any damage or problems as soon as possible

Pool, sauna & BBQ

• Use the shared pool, sauna, sunbeds and roof-terrace BBQ responsibly and at your own risk
• Children only under adult supervision
• An extra sauna session can be added for €5

On departure

• Please reset the TV and app language to English
• Leave the apartment tidy
• Any damage found at check-out is for the guest's account

Good to know

We are not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings. A breach of the house rules may lead to termination of the booking without refund.
