Solely to process and confirm your booking, handle payment, and communicate with you about your stay.
We only use strictly necessary cookies: one to remember your language preference, and one (owner only) to stay logged in to the admin panel. We use no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.
We keep booking data only as long as necessary (administration/legal obligations). You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@casalois.com — for completed bookings we remove your personal details (name, email, phone) while keeping the booking record itself, since that is legally required for our bookkeeping.
We never sell your data to third parties.
