These terms apply to every booking of Casa Loïs, Calle la Loma 55, 03182 Torrevieja (Spain).
The full amount is paid at the time of booking via our secure payment provider (Stripe). Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
The minimum stay is 10 nights.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date: you receive a full refund.
For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no refund is given.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Check-in is from 15:00; check-out is before 10:00. Different times may be possible on request, for a surcharge.
Check-out takes place in person, together with the return of the keys.
All keys (front door, hallway door and parking garage) must be handed back on departure. Losing the keys can cost up to €80.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Parties or events are not permitted. Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed. Please observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
Please switch off the air conditioning and (underfloor) heating when you leave the apartment, and use water and electricity consciously.
The guest is responsible for any damage established during the joint check-out; please report damage or problems as soon as possible.
We are not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings, nor for personal injury, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
Use of the shared pool, sauna and roof-terrace BBQ is at your own risk.
A breach of the house rules may lead to termination of the booking without refund.
Spanish law applies to these terms.
